2. Unfair pricing. L-overcharged me for botox hair treatment, saying that my hair was “too thick” when in actuality it’s on the thin side and neck-length!, I have kinky textured hair, so it only looks thick in an afro, which did not matter

If your black or if you have thick hair, it’s not the right place to go to.
4. Critical: Professionalism
I was a walk-in and wanted to get my hair done waited 5 minutes for some got completely ignored. Went to the hair supply section and looked for products received no help there either grab a product walk to the cash register the cashier
5. Met with Erie. Amazing work!!! I have gone to top of the line salons, met with their best stylist and could not achieve even slightly similar results. For the first time in a long time I felt great again. Erie was kind and caring throughout
6. They over priced me because they couldnt handle my childs hair type. I wish they would of said something before they started.. They are not good with african american type hair. I will neverrrr go there again. Not even to buy hair products.
7. Worst service. I called for I could do braids. They told me to go around 9:10 am. Since the girl who does it would arrive at that time. I drove 30 mins to get there, just for them to tell me that the girl who specializes in braids doesn’t come in til 10.am. Like you could’ve told me when I called.
8. Yokasta is my favorite since 2013 I haven’t been anywhere else or anyone else. They are the best.
9. My Brother’s Salon. I love the atmosphere the energy is positive and his workers are nice and professional
10. They did our makeup and the hair, they are so nice specially the makeup girl.
